When I first got in touch with Matan about selling my property, I was in a very stressful place in my life where I was stretched super thin,attempting to joggle multiple balls at once. To further add to the chaos of it all, I was overseas in school which meant Matan more than had his work cut out for him working with me from so far away. Yet he made the time to answer questions (email, phone, text...he was always reachable and prompt); he made suggestions, he guided me, he supported me, and ultimately we effected a sale that was much more profitable than I had anticipated! 

Considering I was distracted with school, it was a long period of dialogue. Yet through it all Matan was kindness, patience, dedication, wisdom and professionalism personified! I truly can't say enough good things about my experience with him, as he essentially made what would otherwise have been a very stressful experience for me, in to a smooth and seamless process. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Matan. He was also my sister's Real Estate Agent and she recommended him to us. My sister mentioned all good stuff about him so I decided to give it a shot and voilaaaa my experience turned out phenomenal!! We were first-time home buyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. Matan helped and guided us from the very first step until the last step we needed. He is honest, hands-on and is very knowledgeable of what he does(all our questions were answered). He mentioned every details of the houses whether they were good or bad. He never pressured and never rushed us with the decisions we have to come up. He really helped to take the pressure off of us.

We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the one that we really like, he did all the paperwork for us. He walked us through every step of the negotiations, even recommend good people to help us finalized! I must say, he is the only person we know that is on top of his game throughout the process. We did not have to stress out to reach out him back in forth. We did not have to demand about anything because his work is all panned out ahead, organized and he is just really ahead of everything.

We have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and we always recommend Matan to them! We had the best experience with him and we will surely recommend him to the next home buyers.
